Export Finance Australia Critical Minerals Facility Loan of up to A$185 Million to Renascor Resources (2022, re-approved 2024)

Renascor's Siviour Battery Anode Material project holds a conditionally approved A$185 million loan facility under the Australian Government's $2 billion (later $4 billion) Critical Minerals Facility, administered by Export Finance Australia. The first Critical Minerals Facility loans, worth $239 million in total to EcoGraf and Renascor, were announced on 2 February 2022; on 17 April 2024 the Australian Government announced it had conditionally approved $185 million to Renascor to fast track Stage One of the Siviour Graphite Project, stating the original loan was approved in February 2022 and that the decision brings Stage One forward. Renascor confirmed in July 2026 that the A$185 million facility remains conditionally approved.
