NRCan Critical Minerals Research, Development and Demonstration Contribution to Lomiko Metals (May 2024)

Alongside its U.S. Department of Defense Technology Investment Agreement, Lomiko Metals announced on 16 May 2024 that Natural Resources Canada had approved CA$4.9 million in a non-repayable contribution agreement under the Critical Minerals Research, Development and Demonstration (CMRDD) program, against total project costs of CA$6.6 million, for study work on the La Loutre natural flake graphite project in Quebec. Lomiko reported in February 2025 that the NRCan contribution had been activated with spending submissions.
