Ucore Louisiana Strategic Metals Complex
Ucore Rare Metals' first commercial RapidSX rare earth separation plant, an 80,800-square-foot brownfield facility at England Airpark in Alexandria, Louisiana. DoD awarded US$4 million (2023) for RapidSX demonstration and a US$18.4 million follow-on first-stage production award (2025); the site broke ground May 29, 2025.
