REEcycle Houston Recycling Facility

Rare Resource Recycling Inc. (REEcycle) recovers neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium, and terbium from NdFeB magnets in electronic waste at its Houston, Texas site. A $5.1 million DPA Title III award (January 2025) funds restart of the existing demonstration facility and advances commissioning of a commercial plant targeting an estimated 50 tons per year of rare earth oxides.
