Energy Fuels White Mesa Mill

Energy Fuels' White Mesa Mill in Blanding, Utah processes monazite into separated rare earth oxides alongside its uranium business. The Phase 1 circuit reached commercial production of separated NdPr in June 2024, and a commercial-scale heavy rare earth (Tb/Dy oxide) expansion began construction in July 2026, with a $725 million conditional loan commitment from the Department of War's Office of Strategic Capital announced in June 2026.
